Campus
Calling Card
Each off-campus service subscriber is assigned a unique campus calling card number so
they receive a monthly bill for the phone calls placed with their personal
code. In order to make a local, long distance, toll, international or
even a toll free call, you MUST use your seven-digit campus calling
card number. You should keep your campus calling card number confidential
and not share it with your roommate or anyone else. Try to memorize
your campus calling card number and keep all material on which it appears
in a safe place.
If you lose your campus calling card or have reason to believe that
someone is using it, please call the STS office at (412) 396-4425 immediately.
We will deactivate your card number and ask you to visit us to fill
out a form and pick up a replacement card number.
STS deactivates campus calling cards if you are delinquent in paying
your telephone bill or have gone over your established $150.00 credit
limit. We will notify you in writing and deactivate your card number
on the same business day. STS will also deactivate your campus calling
card if another university office has notified us that you no longer
attend Duquesne University.
